| Yay more pictures!! This is Friday, the last day my dad is here with me before I'm officially on my own. Crazy huh. I know. Anyway we went around Austin city taking a look at some things. There's comments in the pictures themselves this time, so enjoy!!

Pimpin' with the cannon. Hahah i liked this one.

This is the Frost Bank Tower. Some of the largest financial firms have offices in here. It's crazy nice, but the main thing about it is... it looks like something out of Spider Man. You know, the King Pin's hide out with Dr. Octavious (or however you spell his name).

Here I'm in the capital building (Btw, for those who thing it's capitol, capitol only refers to Washington DC.. everything else is capital... yea we had a discussion on this). Texans have a lot of pride and the capital building shows it like crazy. Every door hinge weighs 8 pounds and says Texas Capital on it. Hahha, washington has nothing like that.

Lastly, I leave you with the ominous picture. This is the clock tower at the Longhorn campus. It's where the famous sniper location from once upon a time. Here's the snip from the Wiki article:
"On August 1, 1966, Charles Whitman, an architectural engineering major at the University, barricaded himself in the observation deck of the tower of the Main Building with a sniper rifle
and various other weapons. In a 96-minute stand-off, Whitman killed 14
Austin residents and wounded many more. Following the incident, the
observation deck was closed until 1968 and closed again in 1974
following a series of suicide jumps. On 11 November 1998, the Board of Regents of the UT system approved the recommendation of Student Association leaders and of then-president Larry Faulkner to reopen the tower observation deck to visitors.[5] After the installation of security and safety measures, the observation deck reopened to the public in 1999.[6],[7] "
